Got a big rack of Pork Loin back ribs going low and slow.
Local grocery store had em' @ $1.99/lb last week. Could only fit two big racks in my freezer. I was bummed. I woulda' bought 6, at that price if I had had room. (I need a chest freezer.)
Salt, Pepper, and some Lawreys seasoned salt.
200* for 6 hrs. Partially covered in aluminum foil.
Country Bob's Honey Habenero, and some Kansas City style BBQ sauce (smokey and spicy) to be applied at the very end.
A couple baked potatoes, a deluxe bacon Ceasar salad.
Ummnn........I can not wait.

Um, er,.........I mean, that's Great!! [:D][:0][}:)]
Bought some frozen Corky's Bar-B-Q ribs. Eliminated all the fuss this year.
I've had em'.
I prefer my own, low and slow ribs.
They are good though. (Not knocking you.)
