    Wife went and got McDonald's told her I wanted a Big Mac a McChicken a medium order of fries and a medium diet Coke. My Big Mac turned out to be a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese. And along with that * ketchup, mustard and those disgusting pickles. Scraped off as much of that disgusting stuff, but could barely eat half of it.[:(][:(][:(]

    It was just too hot to cook yesterday so I prepared a big batch of home grown strawberries into a lightly sweetened bowl of ice cold goodness.

    They all fell upon a huge chunk of confetti Angel Cake the wife made a couple days ago. The berries with their juices penetrated the cake along with the uncounted scoops of Hudsonville's vanilla ice cream. [:p]

    I don't usually do desert, but when I do...?.

    It's What I have for dinner![;)]

    Did that a few Days ago, Brookwood! Great stuff! Course here, it was Tillamook Ice Cream, California Strawberries, and Pound cake.

    Last Night, Dinner was pretty simple: Chicken breast chunks and Tillamook Cheddar Quesadillas, with a nice Tomatillo/Avocado Salsa. Coupla cold Beers.
