Bullet alloy and velocity chart?

I know that this probably belongs in the reloading section but I figure there are more people looking at this section.
Has anybody seen or know of a chart that has velocity ranges for expansion of different lead alloys (Brinnell range would actually be better) similar to how many jacketed bullets say they expand from X impact velocity to Y impact velocity.
I remember Hornady used to have something on their 150SST .308 that said Min impact velocity 1800fps max impact velocity 3000fps.
I know that different bullets designs of the same alloy will have different characteristics, but I am trying to get some hollowpoint molds made and want to make sure that my alloy hardness is appropriate before I make the mold since my bullets come out 19-22BHN when they are water dropped and 9-13BHN when air cooled depending on caliber.

If you push lead alloy bullets at those velocities, Gas Checks will be your friend.

Not pushing them the 1800-3000fps, I was just using that as an example.
I'm looking a some loads 700-900fps range, some 1000-1200 range, and some 1200-1400fps
