Agreed the left one is in front...
Reference the 'metallic' right side vertical edges of the exposed widow frames.

The building on the right has NO vertical edges on the left of the window frames...
And the windows are sunken back into the buildings brick facade.

I went by the way the licht shines on the buildings. The one one the left is in a shadow and the right edged of the other is also.

left you can see the brown protusions growing in size as you go upwards from the camera angle and the one on the left remains the same size

There's a satellite dish on the left protruding into the right, so left is in front.
