Fox has fired Blowhard Bob Beckel for a racial remark.
I can't stand the libturd Dimocrap apologist and don't watch the five much when he's there. Funny how his type call everybody racist and bragged about his civil rights efforts and then commits the evil act himself. So long, Bob the blivit*.

    Think about this. The Democrats biggest weapon is to accuse some one of sexism or Racism. If that doesn't work it's the Russians are coming. Well first it was sexual accusations against Fox, now it's racism. There is a large racial law suit against Fox now.
    I believe this is all about getting fox off the air. Fox is the only conservative voice on TV. This is typical Democrat gotcha.

    Yeah, Bechel was fired from Fox, but he was the only lib on the station.
    That is why I am so surprised that he made a supposedly racial remark.

    No details on exactly what he said. A news story I read said that a black IT technician came into his office to fix his computer and Beckel stormed out saying he wasn't going to stay in there with that person.

    I agree but that is beside the point. There is a concerted movement to bring down Fox news because they helped get Trump elected. This is not a fight for Fox. It is a fight for the nation. According to the news Beckel was only accused by one person with no witnesses. Same as Bill O'Reilly. Accusations - no witeness.

    Agree. Think about what "the news" would be without some sort of counterbalance even if it is at times imperfect. This is about eliminating opposing opinions.

    Folks have short memories. In 2010 the "Tea Party" movement slammed the Democratic Party and were a real threat in the 2012 elections. So getting the IRS after them had real meaning. But when the stories came out a few years later, including the IG report, its impact was diminished.

    Regarding Beckel, we still don't know what happened. Because to comply with politically correct speech means accepting the inexactness that goes with it.

    I don't think I've agreed with Beckel on much, but if had to put up with what that childish punk Jesse Watters threw at him, I would have quit long before being fired.

    He had a more thoughtful approach for the most part than other far-leftists, and did seem to be fairly well informed. He, more than most would challenge the position of the right, forcing one to actually think about what a position means vs. accepting whatever talking point Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, or Donald Trump would have us regurgitate.

    If you don't like your positions challenged, it is often because they are shallow and you cannot defend them, as apparently is/was the case with Watters.

    I enjoy an intelligent conversation with a intelligent liberal. Most of the time it does not change how I think. There are times however, when it forces one to re-think or (God forbid) even change one's position.
    Freedom and a submissive populace cannot co-exist.
