Born in 84 (yeah I know, young whippersnapper), but I was never into the pop culture, heck I still ain't. I recognized a couple of those, but I grew up in a fairly small town with *gasp* no television. We were forced to *shudder* play outside and use our imaginations. [:D] The horror, the horror!!.

Born in the same year. I live in a College town (Purdue) so the whole town is pretty "Pop influenced"

I don't know how many of them relate to me.

Five of them are recognizable. The rest sound like some secret (maybe commie....or alien) code. Melmac, home of the senso-rings..[:D]

on the playground's where I spent most of my days [:D]

yeah, I'm afriad that a few of those apply to me.

    add to that:
you watched MacGyver and they weren't reruns, and

A-Team and Airwolf reruns were popular

I think Alf was from Melmac. The sensor rings were from the Coneheads.

Born in '76, so I remember just about all of that. It's scary to read the name of a product that probably hasn't been on the market for 20 years, and instantly remember the jingle from its TV commercial. Why can't I remember anything important?

Damn, I guess I have made it to "old fart" status. I was born during the mid 60's. That would put my parents era in the stone age. [:D]

Born in 69 graduated 87. Remember most of it. Wasn't into the cartoons as much. I prefered the Justice League, Superfriends, and Space Ghost.

You may remember "Shot thru the Heart" how about "Runaway"?

Techno Rock? Flock of Seagulls? Duran Duran?
    Skating Rinks?
    Coke in a glass bottle-everywhere?
Narrow leather ties in pastel colors?
Guess jeans? Shed House (painter pants?) Jordache? Sergio Valente?
    Stan Smith Addidas shoes?
    Polo shirts?

Yeah, me too. I wore boots and jeans, usually with flannel. Concert t's and all of the above.

born in 82. Remember a majority of that stuff, although we were too poor for Jordache or L.A. gear. I remember I used to HATE wearing Converse All Stars, because only poor kids and geeks wore those. Now those seem to be some of the hottest shoes on the market... oh how things change. Of course, when I was in Highschool, only a geek would EVER consider having a cell phone, now they are having to put up "no cell phone" signs in elementary schools.
