Gunbroker Softball team???

Admin....

Gunbroker wouldn't be up for sponsoring a team to go to a Tourney this July, would they? Not expensive....good advertising (We could buy GB shirts and put numbers on them).

It's called the Q95 and Bob & Tom All nighter on July 19th, 20th. At the Midwest Sports Complex in Indianapolis, IN.

    Im a Division 1 baller and played on several national Modified 9 man softball teams .. Ill play for you . IS this fastpitch , modified or slow pitch ?

    You wouldn't happen to pitch, would you?

    I have a team together, no pitcher yet. It's our standard team from here in town. Some of us are high division players, some have played college and minor league baseball, others are decent and hold their own. Traveling teams from around the midwest will be at this tourney.

    Starts at midnight, we'll be camping, BBQ'n, and drinkin between sets of games.

    I pitch modified and slow pitch .. The 6-12 ft arc is easy .. It its unlimited arc then I have trouble "getting it up " [:D].. Is this the tournaments that you are only allowed 1-2 homeruns a game ?

    I doubt there is a one or two-up rule. This is our first time to this tourney.

    We need a pitcher....Where are you?

    Seriously though, we're only talking $240 entry.

    We'll pay our own way if no one wants to sponsor us. I thought it'd be a great idea for Gunbroker to sponsor us, we'd buy the shirts from the auction side and get numbers on them.
