This new job of mine has my circadian clock out of whack.

It's Thursday morning, about 0330. I'm in the kitchen whipping some stir fried rice and cracking open a bottle of Chilean.

Gotz to love my new job.

I am drinking some Mexican....beer that is.

Dos Equis Amber...and I know you meant wine but I was interested in which varietal.

Many don't like it but I do find some Malbec(bad nose....) to be pretty damn good.

I'm not sure if it was Chilean or Argentinian but it was nice.

    $7 a bottle variety.

    I'm partial to Malbec.

The best wine for the money I've ever had is Penfold's Koonunga Hill Shiraz/Cabernet(Australian).

I can get it for $9 a bottle and it is simply delicious.

I even impressed some wine snob friends with it.

As of this moment, I'm drinkin' Eastern European beer. However, if it pleases you, Jorge, I'm gonna go to the toilet, and piss Chilean!

I've been doing a 4-4 rotating shift for 7.5 years now Doc. I know what you mean. Hope it isn't too long of a stint for you.
