    While I am blessed with the opportunity to do my best to be a good partner to one woman...

    And trying my best to help another get back on track and living the life she deserves to have...

    I do not profess to have a better understanding of women that most of you / most men / not above the top of the bell curve.

    If I have learned anything it's to be honest and to try and be a good man no matter the circumstance.

    But I am often surprised - overjoyed - distressed by how what I consider small little simple gestures and behaviors seem to have a giant impact and great weight.

    I have come to this late in life - would have been nice to have arrived at these conclusions a long time ago.

    There is ONE person that I know of that posts here on a regular basis that can honestly say yes to that- but Locust Fork should be disqualified for lack of a Y chromosome.

    Sadly I know a lot of men who are not honest with the woman / women in their lives...

    And I know a lot of men who upon inspection are not "good men" to the woman / women in their lives.

    As to judgment - let's leave it at I made some bad judgment calls in the past - under the false belief that I understood women.

    I do think that my judgement and understanding of women has improved as I got older - as I have tried to be a good man - a better man.

    It's a piece of cake to judge a woman's thoughts. If a woman is thinking, it means she is deciding just how wrong a man is, regardless of circumstance. By "just how wrong", of course I mean "always".

    I don't know about thoughts but I can read my wife's mood fairly well. I bought her one of those mood rings and when she's happy it's green, when she's sad it turns blue, and when she's mad it leaves a red mark in my forehead!
