Love the looks of that custom FN Mauser.[:)] Looks a lot like the Siamese Mauser .45-70 I had years ago.

That one came in with the other two REALLY nice ones...the Steyr and Mauser. If these three do well the owner of a NICE collection will be using my services to part with some of his other wonderful things.

I put in a service request to fix that one and the "Zastave" already. I make a few mistakes when I do this many at once.

Lucky for me the wonderful guys at Gun Broker will help me fix it.

Very nice early Python, but too bad the owner etched his SSN on the metal and butt. I hurts the pure collector value, but would still be a nice addition to most collections!

I'm not sure what the receipt has to do with this Python since it appears to list a different serial number. Also, Colt's Archive Services serial number lookup doesn't find any records for a "K" prefix serial number (K17457).

something looks fishy about that colt python. First couple pics look dark blued, then a few down it looks stainless. Then a few pics later it looks faded blue.[?]

I don't know HOW or why that is in there??? It was in the box....and in the rush to get the last 5 handguns pictures taken and get back to my computer so I could write descriptions for the 20 guns that were already loaded up, plus the ones I had just gotten pictures taken of it just got posted without actually reading the receipt. I just grabbed up the box, laid out everything that was in the box, wiped my fingerprints off the gun...propped it up there and snapped away.

Its dark....it really looks a lot better in person, but to show all of the little scuffs and wear I had to lighten the pictures up a good bit. It makes the gun look a little faded, but I'd rather have someone know every little spot on the gun and be it be better than the pics show than someone get it and say they didn't see a spot on it.

Would love to have the 7x57 and have been wanting a 22hornet for some time and the K would be bonus.

But I know from experience everything you sell goes for top dollar (good for you and the seller, yea) and then I add the shipping and receiving cost. Just too hard on a poor country boy.
