I just wanted to let all of you wonderful shooters know that the Jr shooter so many of you helped, has received her Distinguished-Expert Certification in the Jr four-position discipline. I am sending to Bob some pictures. Note the smile on her face, the shooting coat, the boots, and the rifle. Thanks a million.

    I had forgot about this young lady. Thanks for the update, glad she's doing well!
    Enemies of armed self-defense focus on the gun. They ignore the person protected with that gun.

    Thank you Dave for the pics. I remember when I was a teen aged 4
    position NRA shooter and I earned my Dist.Expert patch.
    Just a few years after that I tried out for the Olympic smallbore rifle team. {just missed making the team [V]}

    I WILL be watching for her to be standing on a podium with a gold medal
    around her neck. How could she not win, with good people like you behind her.

    I cannot post the pics, sorry. I have even broken my self-imposed ban posting on this site, just to write this post.

    Stay well, teach the young, travel the righteous road.

    Thanks for the follow up. She stuck with it and put the rifle to use, that makes it worth helping her. Tell her I'm proud of, and for her.
