You don't see what happened off camera. I have a feeling the dick with the glove annoyed the poor kitty too much. If it's their instinct to want to be left alone, you're asking a lot of a creature with a brain the size of a walnut if you think they should learn to overcome a need to rest a lot and scan for danger.

I put on heavy duty welding gloves when I tried to take Stitch the Vet, in an attempt to get her in the pet Carrier. Did not work, and it took a while to stop the bleeding.

Normally she is a little lover, she does not like the Carrier since the last trip had in it she was fixed on that trip.

my friend has a white Persian that's like that, he said no one could pick it up, everyone has been bit or scratched to hell, I picked it up by the scruff, turned it upside down and cradled it and rubbed its belly

that was about 10 years ago, to this day im the only person who can pick that crazy cat up, ive never been bit or scratched, he has a pit and a boxer, that cat rules the house

Just saw this wild cat on Jack Hanna's show. from south America, Not much bigger than a house cat. I would not tangle with one.
