Seems to help me. No miracle cure, but it does seem to help some.

I take glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM. It isn't a miracle but it does help.

I am looking at it more as a preventative maintenance than to actually cure anything.
I have heard good things and figure if it builds and strengthens the things that make the joints work better it will be good.

Gave it a 3 month try.

Didn't do a thing for me except to lighten my wallet some.

    condroytin glucosamine works for me
it takes a week or two before you might notice a difference

My heart doc said it was good lubricity for the heart too.

Basicaly chicken bone marrow and shark cartilage,
the chinese have been using it for over 3000 years.

I still remember your screws and pins ankle X-Rays,ouch.

Funny thing about my lower left leg is I just live with the constant subtle pain but was recently in Los Angels dry 90 degree weather for 7 days and my leg felt great... until I came home to the cold rain, wind and snow and it seems like the pain is worse. There really is something to the warm dry climate that is good for the bones.

I've been taking the triple strength

strengthening the muscles around your joint
    help many times more.

That still would not justify moving to Commiefornia!
