If the FEDS do not throw every book in the library at him, the BATFE should remove the F from their name.

investigators found all but one of the guns reported stolen at his home.

He's guilty !!!! He does NOT deserve to be innocent until proven guilty,, or is that only for SCOTUS nominees by Republicans?

Being where they were stolen from the Owners will never see them again.

"He told Court staff he was fired from his job?"

Well no duh... That's the ultimate in entitlement mentality, thinking that you should retain your job after being caught stealing...[xx(]

I know it says he was employed by an outside contactor, but why would anybody hire somebody that has a felony to handle baggage...[xx(]

And this is in Oregon, so as 11b6r said, the owners will never see the Firearms again[xx(][xx(]

Owners not getting their stolen property back?

Isn't that misappropriation of property? (Better legal term for that?)
Not possible for Owners to sue Oregon for return of their property?

Seems like there should be some Legal course for the rightful owners to take Oregon to court, make them very uncomfortable. Demand the return of their property.

Besides it being Oregon, What am I missing here?
