He's guilty !!!! He does NOT deserve to be innocent until proven guilty,, or is that only for SCOTUS nominees by Republicans?

I know it says he was employed by an outside contactor, but why would anybody hire somebody that has a felony to handle baggage...[xx(]

Isn't that misappropriation of property? (Better legal term for that?)
Not possible for Owners to sue Oregon for return of their property?
Seems like there should be some Legal course for the rightful owners to take Oregon to court, make them very uncomfortable. Demand the return of their property.
