    They were out of control. Look at the six guys on top of him and the guy in the red throwing haymakers. Yup, if I was on the jury, he would be a rich man. I did notice he was NOT complying to all the orders. He held his hand up, but then dropped them and made a move towards the open door of the car. That was stupid on his part. He also should have never got out of the car. He should have held his hands out the window and stayed put. Getting out makes a cop real nervous. I always put my hands on the wheel and roll the window all the way down. I don't ever reach for anything unless told to do so. Attitude also plays a big part on how things go.
