When they first came out three of us bought the 9mm AR's from them (this was 4or 5 years ago). Mine worked great with no issues but the other two did not run well at all. We built Ar's so we knew the tweaks. They came out with a 9mm upgrade about a 2 years after the first. I called on it and they were pretty rude. They went through some problems a year or two ago (can't remember what they were) and I have not heard much about them since. I am not interested in them or their products as I will not deal with rude people when there are so many others companies that are better. I think they build a decent AR 223 rifle though.

Don't buy their stuff. They have to be the rudest gun people in the world, I have been in their shop in Scottsdale, AZ and was amazed at how they spoke to their customers. Plus, they have had problems with their stuff over the years.

Try a STAG. I bought two complete uppers & lowers from different dealers.

One of the uppers had a problem and I called STAG. They emailed a label to me and I shipped it to them. They called me when it arrived. The next day they called me and explained the problem. They shipped a new upper to me. One week turnaround. Can't beat that!
NO CHARGE FOR ANYTHING! (as it should be)

The people I talked to there were friendly and wanted to help. STAG is a good company to do business with!

Well if we are going to list good people to deal with. Me its Bushmaster. Had a problem with a used AR I bought. E-mailed them they said send in the upper and they would fix it. I did pay for shipping one way but a used gun I felt like they did me right.
