Report blasts Chicago police

The Justice Department this morning released a report about the Chicago Police Department, basically saying the police are too rough on bad guys. Meanwhile, the intraspecies murders will continue or maybe get worse if cops pull back on their policing methods. Can't win.[:(]

    No surprise here, The current administration disdain for state and local LE is well known here. They do recognize BLM however.

    I feel bad for the Chicago and surrounding PDs. They are in a situation much like being in a deep glass bowl trying to push heavy polished ball bearings up the side walls - every external force is against them.

    Bad guys on one side, almost 50 organized gangs fighting where it isn't safe to be there, not much support for dealing with them and then a bunch of azzclowns telling them that when they do act it is beyond what that group FEELS is acceptable.

    I'm surprised that they have anyone left on the force.

    Thank God Loretta Lynch, the useless stench, will be gone in a few days. The down side is the beech will probably come back to NC and our Gov. Stupor Cooper will give her a judgeship or some other state job.[:(!]

    And another PD is taken over by the federal government.

    The socialists swoop in and accuse local police of racism and the feds take over managing the department. Been happening for years. Ultimately what they want is no local police, only federal cops.

    Send CPD to Washington DC for the Inauguration. Then again, there is a Trump Tower in Chicago. Compare and contrast how they handle protesters.

    It will be interesting to watch how the Chicago Police Department handles the protesting Democrat Rioters. My guess the Chicago PD will not let President Bush down with protesting Democrats rioting at Trump Tower.
