so the county will pay to have the tatoo removed...which means taxpayers and they guy will file a lawsuit against the county for failure to adequetly protect him.

The girl he killed live close to here. That man makes me sick. I wish they would have done alot more to him. He threw her in a cold creek and watch her drown while smoking a cigarette. That's after he sodimized and raped her. She was 10.

I don't think many of us have much sympathy for the scum, but justice shouldn't be left to other scum. We need to change a few laws to allow justice.

I don't know about all that. Scum has a hierarchy, and child molesters/murderers are at the bottom of it. They have a way of meting out justice to this extremely low form of life, that we cannot, as a society justify or sanction. We can, however, wink at it.

I have a feeling he will not cooperate with the investigation. "I fell down." He may be a monster, but he isn't stupid.
