I don't know if anyone saw the first episode on Spike TV. I was curious so I taped it and watched it this morning. It's basically The Office in a different setting. It was kind of funny, if you can get past the basic plot of the episode was the supervisor wore a tie and gets it wrapped in a bander(?) and kill him. The supervisor's son gave him the tie and was the machine''s operator when it happened.
In the end, the son get the supervisor job so the main guys in the episode can ignore him and do whatever they want.
I don't know. There is a part of me that wants to laugh at the dark humor of the subject, but another much larger part of me still takes this kind of shop accidents too seriously.
The show's commercial where another dude saws off his fingers in front of the machine's salesman is also kind of funny for a commercial. Maybe industrial accidents will be the main these of the show.
In any case, the show is The Office in a different setting. Not that original.
What the heck is a pneumatic bander???? Does such an animal really exist. It looked more like a lathe to me.
