Are panic puyers setting future prices?

What concerns me is that manufacturers may be looking at auctions at sites such as this and thinking "if someone is willing to pay $80-$100/100 for primers should we be selling them at that price?"

Yeah, but only till things catch up and the guys that were just hoarding, not normal on hand/stock up amounts decided the over bought/spent and try to sell some. When these guys start selling stuff off it will be at reduced price and then that should help push prices down.

    Supply and demand.
Prices will stabilize back to where they were, less inflation, as soon as supplies get caught up.

Last time this happened with shotgun primers, after the panic buying was over, the prices went back to normal.

So when does the panic buying end for black rifles?
