Smells on Auction Guns

I had to move my last gun broker auction won firearm and the factory box it came in, out to the barn due to it smelling like a garbage dump mixed with ash tray filled with cigar butts.
This smell ruined the whole firearm receiving process of this otherwise flawless transaction.
Once in a while I even notice that a lesser firearm that arrives smelling like perfume makes me think I got a better deal then I did.
Maybe like new car smell. I should hire a perfumed girl to do my firearms packing[:o)]
