    I went to the music store to try and find a copy of 'purple haze'.Bunch of kids half as old as my truck didn't have a clue. They kept thinking I wanted 'purple rain' by the artist formerly known as Prince. You know... the old music.I'll get my nephew to download it on his music service and mail it to me. Then I have to practice until it is good enough for your finely attuned auditory palette. Maybe I can take a shortcut and do a country/western rendition.

    Going out early next week (Monday or Tuesday) to see if I can find us some 7.62 X 39 at a good price. Daniel is supposed to still have some and be holding it for me.

    You folks are right, it's not as plentiful as I thought. Last time I bought was 5 months ago and it was everywhere and cheap. Now, I'm having to call in favors!

    Please don't put words in my mouth. I was trying to let you know I was not attacking you personally, but I was taking it personally and gave my reasons for this. I feel all soldiers who deserve special recognition for duty beyond... should receive it. Those who just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time should receive no special awards unless they are presented with the dumba$$ award which is what the Bronze is slowly becoming if this trend continues.

    My comments were not personal attacks on you, but you should take the actions of those handing out these awards as a personal affront. Hopefully this has helped unscrew my misconstrued comment.

    Ask me about the Barrel on a piston or why we offset the crank on our V6 engine or why was the material changed on the connecting rod and what is a cracked rod process? Maybe what is a "Slug" in terms of engine flow. What is torque and what is the easiest way to increase it?

    My Daughter (11yrs old) is a horse nut to the max....she won champion JR horse showmanship in the county 4H horse show this year...you have any pictures to post of your horses? if you do she i can gaurantee you she would love to see some.

    Just in case you missed it in the bike thread I thought I'd post a pic just for you. I know how concerned you get for my mental well being and like for me to have a cheery outlook. I am letting my wife have the Fatboy and I am getting one of these Indian Chiefs in all black. I can't pick it up until next week when I get back to town. Man that thing is a land yacht.
