Short circuit found and solved

The problem was in the instrument cluster harness that the lights are wired directly to. I swapped a spare cluster in and it worked like normal.

The previous owner who Farmer-Brown-ed that bike needs to have their * kicked. I hate it when stuff isn't repaired/replaced the correct way.

There's a decent red trailer there that's much easier to haul a cycle verses the back of an F-150. It survived a trip out to Minot and back with a motorcycle on it and that was doing 70 mpg.
