31 out of 50, barely made it. I had a good rifle, I just can't shoot the 16A2, it feels awkward. Maybe I should buy an AR so I get practice and get a better feel for the rifle.

    Shot a 36(out of 50) at a 25 m range using reduced targets. No fault of the rifle. By my second mag of 5 rounds for sighting in I was shooting a ragged quarter sized hole, this was from the prone supported position. I need to acquire myself an A2 style AR so I can get more practice than once every 20 months. I didn't think I did too badly since it was only my third time handling an M16, ever. It doesn't help that I need a new scribe in my glasses, my left eye has trouble focusing on anything.
