It came with 3 magazines....one even has the Ruger emblme on the bottom.....It was just scanned without one in the gun. If you wish, I can scan them with it...

That's a coincidence. I bought one exactly like yours last week off GB for $205. Mine came looking unfired with the best trigger I have ever felt on any gun (28 oz pull, I measured it, with zero creep or grit). I only got one mag with mine but it did have its original black and yellow box. According to the Ruger home page (you can look up serial numbers there) it was made in 1965. These are very cool guns but I have a terrible time trying to put them back together after stripping for cleaning.

You'll enjoy shooting it classic. I haven't shot mine in years but they are fun. Odd that the original mags held only 9 rounds. i believe after market mags are around that hold 10. Have fun. [8D]

I have the same gun but with a 5 1/2" heavy barrel. I filed that undercut front sight flat and drilled a small hole in the blade and filled it with orange paint, so I now see an orange dot in the white outlined rear sight. I have shot several thousand rounds through this gun and have had it since I bought it new in 1982.
