At work last night I was talking with someone who brought up what I think were some pretty good points. He said that if I am looking for a concealment gun that I have a few different things to consider. One is since it will be what I have out in public I dont want some thing that is too powerful or that shoots to large a bullet because I dont want it to go through the threat and hit someone else,he also brought up a few other points. The others I can remember are in a stressful situation I should think of recoil in advance,so pick a mild recoiling round because what we can handle in a recreational setting when our head is cool is not always the case when we are in fear of danger, noise is a factor since there wont be ear plugs involved, and that since I already own a 9mm and have most of my experience shooting that caliber thats what I should go for because it meets all the aformentioned suggestions. He suggested a Taurus Millennium 9mm or a Kar k9 9mm.What do the minds here think are these good points or was it late and I was tired?Thank You.

One of my carry guns is a Kel-Tec p 11, 9 mm , 10 shot, compact, very light, small, easy carry gun, never had a malfunction with it at the range, Not overkill, but big enough caliber to get the job done if needed. Have several .45s but they are too big and bulky to carry for very long. a colt Detective .38 2 inch is very desirable also,, just depends on what your comfortable with..
