not 60 days into this year,
and i have been
in the hospital,[xx(]
said to have A-FIB (heart)[xx(]
said to have diabetes (I'm not sure on that)[xx(]
right arm has been useless now for 14 days,[xx(]
today told i need neck surgery ,[xx(]
WTH
guess my warranty has run out[:0][;)]

got to try something to turn this around. i have 305 more days to go in this year. need to spreed it out a little!!
new diet of nuts, dried fruit, good food , 3 meals a day and a sack full of new drugs i think will be what does me in.
