How do you insert pictures?

I clicked on the insert image tab and this came up:


When they come to get your GUNS, make sure to give them the AMMO first!!!

    I am trying this new setup for posting pictures. This is all that happens.

    Now what the heck does that mean?

    You need a web host or page, so you can put the url of the pic inbetween the two img tabs...then the pic will show
