I am on another wild goose chase for a friend of ours... Seems he has a S&W Model 10...and on it are the bear butt grips...He needs a new pair.. but I cannot find them anywhere...
Yes, that is the name that is on them, with a number...We dont know if they are factory grips, as they do not have the S&W medallion...
Bear butt grips for anyone who doesnt know..and I didnt have a clue what they were till I seen the gun...are just grips with a brass plate over the butt ... two pieces that go on the normal way, but a brass plate that covers the butt...and is attached to one of the grips so when they go on, the plate covers the bottom of the grips... Hope I explained that okay...
Has anyone ever heard of them and where the heck can I get them?...I have done an extensive search, including phoning the gun mfgs and nothing...
