I don't know if anyone has been following the "gunwalker" story,
being actively pursued by Codrea and Vanderboegh of War on Guns and Sipsey Street Irregulars, but they finally seem to have one Senator interested and he seems to be displeased with the response so far.

Maybe Mayor Bloomberg could check this out for us.

I expect this whole issue will get near zero press from the MSM and it will die a lonely death like so many other examples of alleged government excess and law-breaking.

It was exposed previously that the federal government, via the ATF, was lying about the number of firearms used in Mexican crime that were reportedly from the civilian US market.

We now see the result of that exposed lie.

The response seems to be to ignore the fact that they were caught lying and to gear up and seemingly 'create a crisis', or create some numbers to bolster the initial lie, justifying continued government progress in this endeavor.

Clearly, there is a federal government agenda at work.

Logic and the big-picture assessment point to a federal government (ATF) agenda to create a climate or set of circumstances that makes further anti-constitutional infringements of Amendment II more palatable or seemingly 'necessary' to resolve the 'crisis'.

The oft used Hegalian Principle at work:

    Thesis

    Antithesis

    Synthesis

    The ATF is completely untrustworthy.

They have proven again and again that the Constitution and laws do not apply to their actions. There is no alleged action taken by the ATF that would surprise me...not a single one.

Keep your eye on this particular ball and see where it ends up.
