I recieved my news letter from the Second Ammendment Foundation yesterday. They reported a Washington State man was being charged with several Felonys, for shipping a loaded 30-06 and a .45 cal hand gun along with some fireworks to a destination in Alaska he was heading to.Apparently he failed to check the Rifle to make sure it was unloaded. The Rifle went off in a post office that was not disclosed, they said no injuries were reported and the Handgun was unharmed not that he would get it back. They also advised it was a Felony to ship fireworks by US mail.He is being charged in the State which he Mailed the gun from. Also reported was a Mexican citizen illegaly in the US got in a fight with his girl friend in their second story Apartment, and fired a handgun through the floor during his rage and killed the occupant in the Apartment below them.He is being charged with Second Degree Murder.
