No Disability

My wife and i are have our second child in late march. The doctors put her on bed rest for the remander of her pregnacy and the company she works for says it does not offer short tem disability. Does this sound right to you guys. And if it does is there some way we can get financial assist to help with our bills. She will be out of work for about three months. Any guidance would be appreciated .
