College kids will surely make cancun and cabo their favorite choices for spring break. The Mexican Government has legalized the "personal stash". Marijuana, cocaine heroin and extasy (among others) can now be freely possesed. Apparently, now that the mexicans have left their country, President fox has changed drug laws to attract a better class of citizen to his country. The sad news is. there are many drug dealers ready and willing to sell this poison to our kids....you will see them onthe beaches but instead of chirping chiklet chiklet...it will be get jor creck here, cocaine for sale ...time for some ex homie?
This is another nail in the coffin of US mexican relations.....Bluntly speaking[xx(]
I hope our daughters don't end up statistics like Natalie halloway

    Im wondering if the new law applies to foreign nationals, and is this a trap for Americans that will result in Mexico collecting millions in fines from unsuspecting vacationers?

    ...nope. In an about face yesterday...Fox refused to sign the bill, which he had said he would sign...sent it back to congress to make changes...[;)]
