how to file a fraud claim

HI: I got taken by a dishonest seller and GB said I could file a claim, but I can not figure out how to do it , anyone know how to do that ?

i had a seller that would not send me my firearm. i filed the claim and wow... did the clouds part. they at GB are serious about fraud. they will take care of it.

...From the GB Home page.

Top of page has "Help....Buyers...Sellers..." etc. Go to "Buyers" and hover the cursor over it, left click "Buyer Protection" when it drops down.

Look to the box on the right side of the new page that says "Fraud Claims"...click and follow instructions.

As the Guidelines at the top of THIS page state, ALL issues concerning the AUCTION side are to be addressed ON the AUCTION side thru Customer support, not here, issues cannot be resolved here...[;)]
