Bid Increment Increase??As Price goes up?

I was just bidding on an auction...and the bid increment has been, and was $5, my bid had put the price at over $1,000...then another person outbid me. When I went to put my final max bid in, and llet the proxy handle it to the end (45min left now) the bid increment had changed...and gone to $25!

... Anyone ever seen this happen? I have not...but I don't get out much...[:D]

    1000.00 and higgher that is the increment. 5.00 to the 1000.00 mark then it goes to 25.00.

    ...thanks MVP I had it Delta Elite until a few min...at a little under 1,200 when some weenie came in, bid,...and started all that 15 min. rule crap, I really do hate that. I was willing to go higher, but have been watching, figuring my max bids on several guns for 2 days...and just said screw it...bid it up once more so it would cost him more [:D] then let him have it...[;)]
