My sister and I saw Pong on display at Sears and convinced our grandmother to buy us the game for Christmas (1976?). We hooked it into the old Zenith and played it for hours on end. Within a year or two, the so called Golden Age of video games arrived and Pong gathered dust on top of the TV before going into the trash.

I'll never forget the sound of the pong game.

I still have an old Vectrex game out in the garage complete with all the screen overlays. I spent many hours playing that one.

I still have my old Colecovision with a bunch of game cartridges . Haven't played any of them in years, but I'll not part with them.

My wife and I had not been marred very long when the game came out, we bought one and spent hours playing that silly game and space invaders .

we had pong it was replaced by atari 2600 a couple years later.
