Nice set .
Had a chance 20 years ago to buy a set from a World Champion Skeet shooter that he got direct from Remington .
I passed them up and have kicked myself many times over the years .
Could have got the pair for $750 .[V]
This set will go way higher .

Are those scratches in picture 19 and 33 or are those where it was wiped? If they are scratches which gun is it on?

Nice set. Many shooters take off or black the front beads to prevent bead checking. I'd think that Remington would have put nicer wood on a matching set like these but they are still nice and the set should fetch over two grand.

My Dad had a pair of 11-48 Skeet models with the swing weights in 410 and 28 for years! He finally traded them, and darn did we miss them! The 28 was a gas to shoot!

They are spider web like scratches. Its on the 410. I can't tell you why they are there or what happened. The man that owns them has had them in socks in a gun safe for the entire time that he has owned them. The person that he bought them from said they are unfired....but he thinks the 28ga has been shot.

Makes me glad I only bought the .410. I sold off most of my guns when I got married in the early 70s to buy a new car.
I feel bad enough about some of the ones I sold & would feel even worse if I had sold the set.

It is a basic Canon Powershot S5IS. I have more expensive cameras, but I can actually work this one.

I would guess that they spider web cracking you see is the clear coat shrinking. I've seen it on other Remingtons, mostly TB/TC's.
Not sure if the stocks weren't fully cured or what. How long did it take you to list that? Heck 2 more pics and it would make an even 100! Nice job and good luck.

I can't remember the number, but the thing I put up with the most pictures was a Ferlach. That thing had so many tiny details that it was CRAZY trying to show every inch of the thing.

Looked at yer auction for the Triple Lock. When you took the photo of the inscription with the owner's name- you forgot- that is a nickel plated gun. We can see you with your camera.

Will do Cartod! I hope he answers my email. The case is not something you would ship guns in...so I sent him a message asking where did he want the case sent??? If he doesn't answer I guess I will send it on to the gun store in a seperate box. I plan on padding these things within an inch of their lives.
