How many have to send payment reminders?

Why do people bid and then not pay? I have always been prompt to send payment within a day or so. 13 days and no money makes me wonder...

In contrast to what you are saying, I have recently had to send (3) reminders to sellers to send me the items I have paid for. Twice I have been notified their "Supplier" did not have the item or it was back ordered. If you don't have it in your hands then don't advertise it @ auction.

Select, are you asking a question, or making a statement?

That is a question mark on the heading.

To answer your question I don't know why. If I win an auction today the money will be in the mail tomorrow unless it's a weekend. I haven't bought much and have only had one problem and that was a person who knows me and you people dearly love. It was done on purpose and I hope he ends up in the hottest part of hell![}:)] By the way the money order went to New Port Richey Florida.

I think its because people think you dont need money. Most of the time there is a reason your selling things. 1 you need some dough or 2 you need to get rid of some stuff to get dough to buy something new

Rosie: you have been going on and on about the bad deal you got in New Port Richey. It was your deal to do or not do, If you are refering to me in your post, get it straight,, I did not sell you anything, I did not take your money, I might have told you of someone that had something to sell but that is as far as It got. Your problem is with the person you did the deal with.

Sorry to burst your bubble Classic but you didn't tell me where to buy. Also I don't have a problem, he does. You see, being a senile old man I can't remember what I did this morning. However I have a very good long term memory of friends long ago who are more than willing to help me find out almost anything. Always good to keep in touch! [:D]

I am begining to believe the senile bit, Just post the name or the business you had a problem with instead of insinuations.. My pappy always said the only bad deal you make you make it yourself..

In the hundreds of sales I have only had a few (very few) non paying bidders. The longest I have waited for payment was approximately 15 days and in the world of internet sales that is not a long time. Gun Broker's customers tend to be more likely to hold up their end of the bargain on both the sale and buying sides of purchases. I'm very pleased with my past experiences and look foreward to having many to follow.
