i went out and tried your suggested mccormick pulled pork recipe, the store only had a 6# butt {no shoulder}, so i did 2x the amount and started it late last night, pulled it apart around 9am








pretty good stuff, i have dinner for today, lunch for tomorrow and left over to freeze
