Picked up my new rifle today

Delta Elite 10MM

Went and picked up my new Mossberg 4x4 rifle with the gray laminate stock and black fluted barrel with muzzle break. After handling the rifle I could not be happier, it has good fit and finish and seems to be a natural pointer. At $425.00 I feel I got a very serviceable rifle that will serve me well. I have a new Redfeild scope on its way and will be sure to give a range report after mounting it and sending rounds down range. For anybody looking for a lower to mid priced rifle (under $500) I would really suggest taking a look at the 4x4's, they come in a great verity of calibers as well.

I just can belive how impressed I am with it, I own many rifles but usualy saved my pennys for the Rem 700's or A-Bolts. Never liked the feel of any of the cheaper savages or the rem 770's or 710's, this rifle feels on par with a rifle hundreds of dollars more then its price.

Never had a Mossberg rifle, but I have several Mossberg scatter guns. They have all served me well. My oldest is a 20 ga pump made by Mossberg under the Westernfield name. My dad gave it to me over 30 years ago, and I have bagged a lot squirrels and birds with it.

I have a Mossberg RM-7 in 30-06 == it is my 'go to' rifle.
