Not looking good for Kaarma. Too much pre-intent to shoot someone. Shot into the garage in a sweeping motion from outside. Did not actually have a target/threat identified. He did it all wrong. IMO

Sure sounds like he's going down for premeditated murder and she will be an accessory to it. Telling people he hoped to get to kill somebody then setting up a trap? Yeah, this moron is toast. Crap like that ain't going to play well anywhere.

A lot of young people being shot burglarizing homes lately. Such a shame. Maybe they need a class in school teaching young people that committing burglary is a dangerous vocation, you just may cross paths with a home owner prepared to defend himself and his property.

quote:Court papers also state that Kaarma told a hair stylist earlier that he had been waiting up to three nights to "shoot some bleeping kid."

    Oops.
He might have had a chance of avoiding jail; until THAT statement appeared. This sounds like entrapment with intent to murder.

Just like the other case, these guys get justifiably angry but go too far. And they talk themselves into jail.

he made a bad choice too! I wonder if the other 2 kids set him up? as in talked him into breaking in. I doubt if the victim was aware of the laws too well.

Obviously from the information given this home owner acted unlawfully. He had repeated burglaries at his home. Victims feel violated and angry, particularly when the suspects are not caught. It is easy to want to "take things into your own hands", but these guys have to reel in their emotions. I believe this homeowner is going to pay a high price for his revenge.
