We have got to stop being politically correct

I know we all want to be good guys and we cringe when someone calls us racist, sexist or anti-religious but if we do not want Muslims fighting each other on our streets, shutting down our capitols with calls for sharia law or protesting for the ouster of our leaders we better get a handle on it now.
Germany France and GB have all leaned a tough lesson in multiculturalism as the Muslims in their countries have taken over huge swaths of the countries. They are basically an invading army and it is just about to hit our shores.

Being politically correct is something I am not accused of often.

PC is only acceptable in an artificial environment maintained by brute force.

    PC in, Naturally Correct outside......

PC is a luxury not worth the price.

I loved it when the Australian prime minister said
Prime Minister Kevin Rudd - Australia

Muslims who want to live under Islamic Sharia law were told on Wednesday to get out of Australia , as the government targeted radicals in a bid to head off potential terror attacks..

Separately, Rudd angered some Australian Muslims on Wednesday by saying he supported spy agencies monitoring the nation's mosques. Quote:
`IMMIGRANTS, NOT AUSTRALIANS, MUST ADAPT. Take It Or Leave It. I am tired of this nation worrying about whether we are offending some individual or their culture. Since the terrorist attacks on Bali , we have experienced a surge in patriotism by the majority of Australians. `

`This culture has been developed over two centuries of struggles, trials and victories by millions of men and women who have sought freedom'

`We speak mainly ENGLISH, not Spanish, Lebanese, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, or any other language. Therefore, if you wish to become part of our society . Learn the language!'

`Most Australians believe in God. This is not some Christian, right wing, political push, but a fact, because Christian men and women, on Christian principles, founded this nation, and this is clearly documented. It is certainly appropriate to display it on the walls of our schools. If God offends you, then I suggest you consider another part of the world as your new home, because God is part of our culture.'

`We will accept your beliefs, and will not question why. All we ask is that you accept ours, and live in harmony and peaceful enjoyment with us.'

`This is OUR COUNTRY, OUR LAND, and OUR LIFESTYLE, and we will allow you every opportunity to enjoy all this. But once you are done complaining, whining, and griping about Our Flag, Our Pledge, Our Christian beliefs, or Our Way of Life, I highly encourage you take advantage of one other great Australian freedom, `THE RIGHT TO LEAVE'.'

`If you aren't happy here then LEAVE. We didn't force you to come here. You asked to be here. So accept the country YOU accepted.'
I wish we had leaders that could stick to this example

Hey, I say we make him POTUS, except for all of Australia's gay gun laws. That crap better not happen here. But hey, we already got one immigrant as the POTUS. I just noticed, you can't spell POTUS without POS. [:D]

Right up the road from me and *-er-Done is a training camp for Muslim terrorist and the government does nothing about it. This is maybe 15 miles from me and less than 5 miles from *-er-Done.

They know that it is there. They know what is going on there. But since it is Muslims they leave it along.

We've got to stop being PC?

Great! Does that mean I can start criticizing Israel without being called an antisemite or are we talking about not being PC unless it fits current conservative fashion?

Sure you can...but you will be logged at the national security centers popping up all over the country.

They have no oversight and criticizing Israel will put you on their radar.

    Seriously.....

It's a made up quote, he never said that. The same quote has been attributed to other Australians from time to time and none of them said it either.

There was a minor government official who said something sort of like it, but only if you take his words completely out of contect, hold the text diagonally in front of a bright spotlight, hop up and down on one foot while drinking a Fosters (it's Australian for BEER!).

Then maybe you can come up with that quote.

After a half dozen Fosters that is.

I wish we would adopt an attitude like that.
Immigration worked in this country because the people who came here, though proud of their heratage, melded with society. It didn't happen over time it was in many cases beaten into them. Hard on the indvidual but looking back it built a good mix of some o the best prople on earth. We have bright people who are willing to work hard to make something of themselves. they have found a way to worship, educate their children and earn a living. Many have risen to the highest halls of governmnet in their own immigrant generation heck we even let a non American be presidebt.

Depending on who we take the number from the percentage of our population that believes in Islam is between 0.8% and 2.6%. Most references I find put it under 1%.

Before the Bush invasion of Iraq the Republican party received 80% of the Muslim vote. After that it fell to about 40%.

Just strikes me that the few nutjobs receive far more news coverage than they deserve. They are small, noisy and draw media cameras like moths to a flame.

No, I don't cringe when someone calls me racist. It helps me identify those with a weak argument. I strive to be poliricallt incorrect. If you don't like it, feel free to kiss my *.
