The nerve of my wife.. I may just have to trade her in on a newer model.. She was trying to get a splinter out of my hand last night and she said Whew, your hand smells like 'gun oil'.. Now anyone who doesn't like the smell of gun oil, theres something wrong with them..

Send her over to my place. She can help me lube mine up. By the time we finish all the rifles, shotguns and hand guns, she will wear that smell proudly. (or puke) My wife complains about the lingering smell of Hopes and oil for days after I give my guns their annual, clean and lube.

an elderly couple were talking on the eve of the gentlemans 80th birthday.
