I'm not one of those people. I hate child abusers, and have had my fun stomping there * in stores and parking lots.

That said, compareing stomping a child to death, with what you do to make some kind of justification makes me sick.

Sick? How so? You want to compare notes..? I didn't think so. And it's just getting worst, I'm afraid.

Honestly, I don't know how to comment. Since it was my job to be an "intrusive" factor in the "rights of the parents" to discipline the child "however thay see fit", it boggles me how many here profess that it is "none of your business," but when some uber-dirtbag takes it to the extreme, suddenly you are all jumping in to be the hero.

There is a big difference between properly applied corporal punishment and capitol murder on a infant.........
The ultimate result of shielding men from the effects of folly, is to fill the world with fools.

I know you see hellish things on a daily basis, but that is no grounds to fling that anger on largly untainted people who cant imagine the scum you have deal with. I know it is a burdan, but that was a prevurse statement and it hit a nerve.

It is hard to believe that a group (not sure how many) could not have gotten this guy away from the child. I mean, I would have had to be knocked out before I would have stopped trying.

Dont know how to respond to this. I had my tail busted many a times (deserved every one of them). But, never was stomped and thrown on the pavement until DNA was the only way to identify me. I dont even know how you could come to compare the two...

Compare what to which? A "tail busting" is no the same as an all-and-all out beating. I know the difference. However, my contention has always been that there are simple (or stupid) enough persons out ther that cannot make the distinction, and so I will not advocate violence against a child, in any way.

    apples to oranges!

First of all this guy needs to be skinned alive! Now that you know how I feel about someone who abuses their child, If anyone were to intrude on my family and my privacy telling me I couldn't whip my child they just had better hope they weren't on my property otherwise I would probably shoot them in the forehead, And damn the consequences!

There is a line between discipline and abuse that anyone in their right mind knows this. Smacking a hand, or even smacking an * is a far cry from abuse.

You have to be kidding me. I would have picked up the first thing that I could get my hands on be it a Tire iron, or a bottle on the side of the road, and This Mother Fu@#er would have ate it...

My guess is that you've never encountered someone high on drugs before. I've been there and done that, along with 10 other deputy sheriffs in trying to subdue one slightly built meth head.

Sometimes shooting the subject is the only way to subdue.

Actually your guess is wrong, I have been around several people high on drugs, You can't tell me that no one could at least get this baby away from this nut. I am sorry but even if this wasn't my kid thes meanie would have had to kill me before he hit that child one more time. And if he did so be it

How could he have "just pushed them off". He would have had to kill me before he went back to beating that poor child. People just sicken me, I really wish I never read this.

+1 really makes me want to gag too

Calif. Police ID Man Who Stomped Baby to Death on Roadside
    Tuesday , June 17, 2008

    TURLOCK, Calif. -

Police on Monday identified a man who was fatally shot by an officer for allegedly refusing to stop beating a toddler to death along a remote road.

Sergio Casian Aguilar, 27, parked his truck on an unlit road Saturday night, removed a 2-year-old boy from his car seat and proceeded to stomp, kick and punch the boy to death, authorities said. The boy was unrecognizable when he was pronounced dead at Emanuel Medical Center, the Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department said.

Authorities have not released the boy's name but say they believe he was Aguilar's son. The Stanislaus County coroner and the California Department of Justice are testing DNA to confirm the relationship.

Several motorists called 911 and tried to stop the beating, authorities said.

Dan Robinson, a local volunteer fire department chief, told The Modesto Bee that at first glance, he thought the child was a dead animal in the road. He said when he realized it was a child, he tried to stop Aguilar.

He said Aguilar had a "total hollowness in his eyes" and talked calmly of the boy being filled with "demons."

Witness Lisa Mota told the San Francisco Chronicle that Aguilar told people who tried to stop him that the boy was "trash."

Responding to 911 calls, a Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department helicopter landed in a dairy pasture near the scene. A Modesto police officer, Jerry Ramar, fatally shot Aguilar after he failed to heed the officer's warning to stop beating the child, authorities said. Aguilar flashed his middle finger at Ramar before Ramar shot him in the forehead, police said.

"I have never seen anything like that before and I hope I never have to again," Ramar said of the beating.

Authorities have not released the name of the boy's mother.

Aguilar had no previous criminal history, police said. Results of toxicology tests on Aguilar are expected in four weeks.

Ramar has been placed on paid administrative leave, a routine response for officer-involved shootings.
