Remember the ammo box I found the other day - here is a pic of it. About 1000 rounds of .45 and 1500 rounds of 9mm.
Also I found some .40sw with a brass case and what looks to be a brass bullet. The bullet is the same color as the base. What type of ammo is this? This was in a mixed loose bag of ammo.

That box was buried under a bunch of my wife's DAR stuff. I was cleaning up around there and saw the box. That 500 rounds of 9mm blazer steel cased ammo you see was given to me by someone that was moving out of state. Actually I have 2 or 3 more boxes of it somewhere. The rest is regular cheapo FMJ brass. Great for the range type stuff.
The "copper washed" bullets are .40sw that were in an ammo can that I was looking over too. The loose bag had around 80 rounds or so of .40 mostly hollow points but there was about 20 of those copper washed things. The can had about 300 or so rounds of .40 and the bag was just amongst the lot. There was also some steel cased crap where you can see a lot of corrosion starting between the bullet and the case. May take that down to the police station for them to discard.
I also "found" 2 200 mega packs of UMC .223 ammo. [:D] I knew I had it, just forgot for a sec that I bought it. It was on sale for $79/200 rounds. I posted it on here if I remember correctly. I have a ton of PMC bronze .223 that I need to count and see what's what.
Like I said, I impulse buy. If I see a deal, I'll get it. [;)]
