Homeland Security bus ?

Saw this nice new looking big bus today that had "Homeland Security" on the side and was wondering if anyone else had spotted one recently. Maybe they were strategically placed for the planned rallies? First one of these i've seen and it looked like a high security prisoner transport (no detainee's inside though). Could they be working in conjunction with ICE? Just fishing for info. Mike
