    We can let the media riding the back of Bill Clinton teach the world about * and semen stains but a parent cant smoke around thier kids in their own car?

    I wouldnt let my kids OFF OF MY PROPERTY!!! IF I HAD KIDS!!!

    I feel sorry for the youth today... I am a mere 28 years old but things were SO different when i was a "kid"

    I have to breath your car exhaust fumes... I have to ride in traffic with "YOU" people! I take many risks in daily life! You can not regulate every single one of them! or at least not yet... Keep the drugs coming from mexico and we will let them do anything to us!

    good idea.

    My father was kind enough not to smoke in the house and car, but others aren't. What can the kids do if the government idiots don't protect them? take daddy's gun and threaten him? (not a bad move, but leads to problems later in life, like jail)

    It isn't your place to make your kids sick from breathing YOUR smoke, either!

    It is a proven fact that homes where people smoke have more kids with asthma..........coincidence?


    If people weren't stupid, they wouldn't have to pass intrusive laws like this.

    you guys are missing my point!

    I find it disgusting and repulsive to have children of any age in a cloud of smoke!

    I find it disgusting that people pick there nose and touch things that I have to touch...


    Some things NEED NOT BE IN LAW!!!
