I had to look it up because I did not know anything about Morgan State. When I did this was the 1st paragraph I read and I understand.
...there was also another incident at Morgan, within the last year or so, where one "roommate" attacked another with a club wrapped in barbed wire. That individual managed to get away with only some nasty injuries. The attacking "roommate" went on to kill a guy up our way and proceeded to turn cannibal and chow down on some body parts. This is just the stuff on the surface. Murders, rapes and robberies adjacent to the place are rampant and seldom even a blip on the news.
