Heres a few pics from the farm, a view across North Yorkshire. I dug the duck /goose pond out last year it has a depth of 40ft to shallow, i am hoping to get time to double the size, for next year.

I wish , the amount i own & farm is only 86 & a bit acre, the rest is neighbours etc..although i have sporting/shooting rights to 14,230 acre.[:p]

what does unimproved, non farm acreage sell for by you?
here in kansas it's $1-2000 per acre, for 80 acre parcels.
