I liked him in Wild Geese and The Saint.
His Bond was played too loosely for my taste.

    RIP.

I never watch a Bond film with him in it. He refused to do any more Bond films because of his hatred for guns. Screw that azzhole.

he was scared of guns due to a kaboom he had with a rifle that deafened him, and he flinched whenever he handled one, i dont recall him being anti gun, just scared to handle them

I did not like him as James Bond, I am sorry for his passing however.

From what I have read, "ALL" of the James Bonds were Anti-Gun Nuts!

Was excited to hear Moore was dead,, thought it was the "the fat liberal guy named moore." Checked with google "Moore the fat liberal guy" and up came Michael.[:D]

Immediately went from excited to sad. ROGER Moore has a measure of immortality by playing the James Bond character.

He was kind of a scum bag using women the way he did.

He was an OK actor...................in other words he made a very good living pretending to be someone else.

Best movie was Wild Geese IMO. I like him as Bond but as a real person he used women and was a libtard.

Anti-gun, anti-hunting liberal *, and I never cared for him as Bond.

I think that the first Bond movie I ever saw in a theatre was Moonraker 1979 in Bude, Cornwall on a school trip to the UK. I had seen most of the others on TV. Many years later I had the great pleasure to fly from SFO to ATL sitting next to Richard Kiel (Jaws) Really an interesting and nice person. Sorry to hear of both of their passing.

Thought he was a good actor but not my favorite Bond. That would be Conery.

I thought he was the best Bond until Daniel Craig. But he was perfect in The Saint.
